This trail not only provides Georgia’s rich geological and industrial past but to my surprise, one of the very best and most colorful autumn fall foliage I’ve ever seen.

The Marble Mine Trail, a moderate 2.5-mile loop, begins near the park’s main office. The trail winds through a diverse landscape, featuring hardwood forests, bubbling streams, and the subtle sounds of local wildlife.
